Are you suffering from muscular aches and pains, stiffness or a trapped nerve? Do you currently have a lot of stress in your life and not sleeping well? Are your ailments restricting your movements and stopping you doing the things you love? If so, I can help. The proven techniques I use can help sooth and relax aching muscles, free trapped nerves and bring about a more comfortable sleep pattern and an enhanced quality of life.

My business has been established for over twelve years after having completed my degree and qualified as an acupuncturist and massage therapist after four years training at the International College of Oriental Medicine.

I offer professional massage (also known as ‘Classical Massage’) that is gentle and soothing and which is universally recognised to relax muscles, increase blood flow and ease stiff and aching joints. Massage can also be useful to assist post-operative healing following joint replacement, or remedial treatment following a major operation.

In particular, massage has been found to be very effective in alleviating muscular tension in the upper and lower back, shoulders, stiffness of the neck, trapped nerves and also lock jaw. It is also especially useful in assisting muscle recovery after an injury and also for general wellbeing.

I provide massage as a stand-alone therapy or in combination with acupuncture, depending on the client’s needs and or preferences

Acupressure

Acupressure is a helpful technique of the acupuncture system. With this technique, we apply physical pressure to the acupoints with the fingers, hands or elbows.

By using acupressure, I can help to stimulate the acupoints. Therefore, I sometimes incorporate the use of acupressure with massage for greater relief from pain and to help promote health and well-being.

Massage in Tunbridge Wells is very popular, and I do get booked up quickly, so be sure to book in advance to secure your treatment. For more info on acupressure, please click here.
